Management Simulation

23 stories
Management Simulation places responsibility for an organisation, workforce or production system at the centre of play. Players allocate money and labour, design efficient layouts, respond to demand and solve operational problems, whether the subject is a zoo, prison, factory, colony, theme park or deliberately unusual institution.

Some releases add exploration or combat, but those systems remain secondary when success depends on planning, throughput and staff behaviour. Coverage can analyse economies, automation, artificial intelligence, difficulty, interfaces, scenario design, updates, workshop support and the balance between creative freedom and measurable objectives.
