Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for August 2026, confirming that Dying Light 2: Stay Human: Reloaded Edition will headline the selection. Dying Light 2: Stay Human: Reloaded Edition is the centrepiece of this month's offering, available on both PS4 and PS5. The game is a post-apocalyptic open-world action title focused on parkour traversal and melee combat against zombie threats. Players take on the role of Aiden Caldwell, whose choices shape the fate of The City. The Reloaded Edition includes all previously released updates and supports up to four-player online co-op, allowing friends to tackle missions together or explore the world independently.
Joining Dying Light 2 is Big Walk, a cooperative multiplayer adventure from the creators of Untitled Goose Game. Big Walk emphasises teamwork and communication as players explore a tranquil, puzzle-filled landscape. Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls Pack
In addition to the main games, PlayStation Plus subscribers will have access to a Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls Pack starting 6 August. This add-on, available via the PlayStation Store, features five avatars inspired by Captain America, Storm, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom and Ghost Rider. The pack also includes a set of Result Screen Character Poses for 20 characters, such as Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord and Peni Parker. The pack will remain available to claim for 12 months, giving subscribers flexibility on when to redeem it.
