Frogwares has released update 1.1.0 for The Sinking City 2 with more than 150 fixes, HDR support, combat changes and trial versions that can carry saves into the full game.

The Sinking City 2 has received a major post-launch update. Frogwares released version 1.1.0 on October 6, 2026, with more than 150 fixes and improvements. The Steam demo is back online, too. Progress from the demo can now carry over to the full game, according to the official Frogwares announcement distributed through GamesPress.

The free update changes combat, performance, stability, puzzles, visuals and localisation. It also adds platform-specific rendering features.

Combat gets reworked

Frogwares spent much of the update on encounters that players found too demanding.
