Nokta Games and Gamedev.ist have set the digital launch for PS5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on 12 November 2026. Publisher Silver Lining Interactive says the Fully Stocked physical editions will arrive on 4 December.
PS5 buyers choosing the boxed release will get a disc. The Nintendo Switch 2 edition comes as a Game Key Card, with both physical versions arriving after the digital launch.
Digital release first
Supermarket Simulator launches digitally on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 on 12 November 2026. Publisher Silver Lining Interactive, developer Nokta Games and Gamedev.ist announced the date from Macclesfield on 15 October.
Players can buy the standalone digital game or choose the Fully Stocked digital bundle. The all-inclusive Supermarket Simulator: Fully Stocked Physical Edition is due on 4 December 2026. No separate price is given for either digital option.
That puts the physical release 22 days after the digital launch. NGB has also covered another upcoming console release in a separate launch report. Gaelco Sports Collection is scheduled for October across modern platforms.
What Fully Stocked includes
The Fully Stocked editions package the base game with seven DLCs available at launch. The named additions include Bakery and Ice Cream, plus Vending Machine and Clothing. Electronics is included, along with Everyday Essentials and Hardware.
So the physical edition comes with the base game and its listed add-ons, rather than only the core game on disc or card. The announcement confirms a disc for PS5. Nintendo Switch 2 buyers will receive a Game Key Card, the format specified in the edition listing.
Supermarket Simulator centres on running a grocery shop. Players stock shelves and set prices, take payments and hire staff, then expand their store. The PlayStation Store says the PS5 game supports co-op for up to four players. They can stock shelves and serve customers, handle deliveries and fulfil online orders.
The listed management activities also include cleaning and expanding the market. Players can set up cameras and alarm sensors, then hire guards to deter shoplifting. They can arrange the shop layout and deliver online orders after buying goods from local markets or online.
Dates and physical prices
Both physical editions launch on 4 December 2026. The Nintendo Switch 2 Supermarket Simulator: Fully Stocked Physical Edition, supplied as a Game Key Card, is listed at £29.99 in the UK and $34.99 in the US. The euro price is €34.99.
The PlayStation 5 Supermarket Simulator: Fully Stocked Physical Edition costs £24.99 in the UK and $29.99 in the US. Its listed euro price is €29.99. These are physical-edition prices; the announcement gives no digital prices.
Physical-edition pre-orders are open, and the PS5 game can be wishlisted. The Nintendo Switch 2 page has yet to appear, so the announcement provides no corresponding store page for that version.
DLC is content released separately from a game's base package. Here, the Fully Stocked editions include the base game and seven named additions at launch. The announcement also offers a standalone digital game and a Fully Stocked digital bundle, but gives no individual DLC prices or details on whether the digital bundle will be sold on both platforms.
