PXN plans public testing of its S16 at SimRacing Expo Frankfurt 2026. Visitors can also try the VD6 Bundle; higher-tier gear will remain on display.
A 300 mm GT ONE steering wheel and Vector X pedals will be paired with the S16 at Messe Frankfurt. The setup marks the base's first European public test, before PXN's wider lineup takes over the stand. The VD6 Bundle will also be available for hands-on sessions; several other products are previews only.
The S16 simulator pairs the base with the GT ONE and Vector X competition pedals. PXN rates the S16 at 16 Nm of constant torque. The company says it uses a dual-core processor. Its specifications also include a 24-bit magnetic encoder and a real torque sensor. These are manufacturer claims, not independent test results. Visitors can judge the setup in use at the show.
The GT ONE has 78 input signals. It also carries four carbon-fibre paddles, alongside telemetry lighting. The Vector X pedals use dual-sensor technology and offer 24-bit input resolution. Their brake force adjusts up to 200 kg. The figures make for a substantial spec sheet, but the wheel and pedals have to work well together in practice.
PXN's less powerful option is the VD6 Bundle. It packages a wheel with a base, and includes pedals. PXN rates it at 6 Nm constant torque and 7 Nm peak torque, positioning it as an entry point to direct-drive racing. The company calls the bundle one of its most popular products, but has provided no sales figures to back that up. Independent coverage also offers no verifiable VD6 sales data or visitor feedback, so the popularity claim remains PXN's own.
Visitors can inspect the S23, rated at 23 Nm of constant torque, but they will not be able to test it. PXN says the base has a dual-core processor. It also lists a 24-bit magnetic encoder and real torque sensing. The same display-only restriction applies to the new Formula wheels and the truck wheel.
The FC 285, also designated W FC, is a 285 mm Formula-style wheel. Its housing and rear cover use forged carbon fibre. Adjustable carbon-fibre Hall-effect paddles sit at the back, with a magnetic Quick-Connect data interface. The listed controls include a customisable 4.3-inch touchscreen. Thumb encoders are also included, along with RGB lighting.
The FS 290, also designated W FS, has an aluminium-alloy frame and weighs 1,600 g. It offers 82 customisable inputs, including six paddles. Its 4.3-inch touchscreen supports an IoT wireless display and telemetry system. The wheel also has rev LEDs and flag indicators.
For truck simulation, PXN is showing the 400 mm W TS. The Scania-style design targets players of Euro Truck Simulator and American Truck Simulator. PXN's announcement does not say whether visitors can try it.
SimRacing Expo Frankfurt runs from October 16 to 18, 2026, at Messe Frankfurt, Hall 12, Booth EF1. BoxThisLap independently gives the event dates as October 16 to 18, but its coverage does not identify PXN's stand or confirm details of the S16 or S23.
PXN will also display its expanded NAVOS flight range. It includes a modular civil aviation Yoke System and a Combat HOTAS System. PXN NEXUS software supports profiles and mappings; it also handles response curves. The flight hardware is display-only because SimRacing Expo focuses on racing.
Other companies have announced hands-on demonstrations at the event, but those do not verify PXN's plans. KUNOS Simulazioni says visitors will be able to play Assetto Corsa EVO's Free Roam mode during the October 16 to 18 show. KUNOS also planned to announce the mode's public-release timing at the exhibition.
Motorsport-Total reports that RENNSPORT plans to demonstrate expanded lobbies after stress tests involving 24 drivers and one-hour races. The tests covered PC. They also involved PlayStation 5, with Xbox Series X|S included as well. Those announcements confirm activity around other products at the event; they do not independently verify PXN's participation or its equipment's performance or availability.
PXN says its official store will offer a 10% discount on every product for the duration of the event. The store is listed at e-pxn.com. Journalists can contact PXN's press team to arrange a meeting or a racing hardware demonstration. NGB's wider platform coverage also includes its report that Football Manager 27 is confirmed for November 2026 on major platforms.
Torque is measured in newton-metres and describes rotational force. A higher rating alone does not establish how detailed or well-tuned a wheelbase feels. At the time of the cited coverage, no independent test results for the S16 or S23 had been verified. Independent sources also had no documented prices, deliveries or certification. No independent source had documented post-demonstration visitor reviews.
