At the heart of Mafia: The Old Country is an action-adventure game combining linear narrative campaign, Don Bernardo Torrisi crime boss and third-person firearm combat, giving each objective a distinct balance of timing and risk. The campaign follows Enzo Favara in San Celeste, while Cesare Massaro provides the central threat.
