Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 – Manorito Hosoda Interview

NGB chats to Manorito Hosoda

We’re going PES 2013 crazy today, as we bring you another interview, this time with PES Marketing Producer, Manorito Hosoda.

Shortly after E3, we were invited down to Konami HQ in London to play PES 2013 again and were also given the opportunity to interview Manorito Hosoda. We can honestly say it was a pleasure chatting to the man, even outside the interview that you see below. He was very open and honest about the game, welcoming any sort of feedback from us before and after the interview.

As we already spoke to Jon Murphy at E3 and asked him a few questions, the queries we put forward to Manorito were slightly different and focused on different aspects of PES 2013. We asked him about Player ID as DLC, online stability, visuals and (as always) goalkeepers.

Check out the interview below, and be sure to let us know what you think via the comments section.

Thanks Daniel, glad you enjoyed it.

nice interview .. Was just hoping that when MLO was mentioned is was going to focus a little bit more on that as tbh ive not had any lag issues with pes since 2009, apart from the obvious times when you can tell its most likely user generated (lagging in the final third only or late in the game when it was find for over 75 minutes).

MLO is whats going to make me buy PES 2013 and i need details now! Now give it me :)

More regarding MLO will be announced later on mate. More than likely close to Gamescom ish I would think.

What’s with Stanley Kubrick breathing in the background?

Thanks for uploading and asking great questions. Can’t wait for 2013 to be released!

@fitba – lol unfortunately the breathing was down to me holding the camera and having a stinking cold that day. Was a nightmare :(
