NGB Podcast – PES 2012 Special
Welcome to a special NGB PES 2012 podcast. Oh and when I say special, I actually mean special.
The man known as “The Voice”, Mr Suffwan Eltom, and the “PES Messiah” himself, Mr Adam Bhatti, pick up their mics and join me to discuss key points relating to our recent hands-on time with PES 2012 preview code.
Suff steps up as the podcast host (he is “The Voice” after all), as we spend over an hour giving our thoughts on the current state of PES 2012. I hope you enjoy it.

NGB is a gaming website and is part of the Kitana Media Network just like FSB and WENB. The decision was taken to kick off the NGB podcasts with a bang, sorry if you do not approve mate.

for me i dont care about liecense, when I play online most players choose either FCB or Real Madrid. the most important is gameplay and one small addition. if they add it, it will be awesome which is Commentary.
please add more commentary specially arabic. fifa will beat pes in middle east no doubt because they added it.

@ Mike Ahmedinejad – Very strange. We will look into the problem. It might just be an ‘iTunes’ problem as sometimes it does take a while to appear on there.

That poddy has made me so happy. The gameplay sounds amazing and It seems Konami have got the right level between the big teams and small teams. They need to tweak the shooting because it could get frustrating with the inconsistency in the shooting.
All I need now is to get my hands on the game.

i went to fifa this year im sad to say i was always pes man since iss days on the snes and lost days of my life playing pes5 and pes6 but since then its been down hill but i put up with it hoping it get better hope this year we get bck your pes fifa is crap but its better crap then pes and there online runs perfect

@moeom: It’s not really. That’s not how you and me think, but a lot of people think like that, whichever game gets arabic commentary will get the bigger amount of sales from those countries.

Adam, with regard to shooting, does R2 shot finally bend the right way or does it still bend outwards when you hit it with your instep?

I hope Konami never cave under the pressure and pay millions for licenses. Gameplay, visuals, sound and game-modes are far more important, and influential to the PES series’ success. As long as we have Edit Mode, our faithful companions at WENB will always make Option Files for us, and the die-hard PES fans know this. In essence, Konami lay the foundations for full licenses anyway. So we don’t need new licenses – it may just facilitate the demise of Edit Mode.
So people, stop ranting and raving about licenses, and just download the Option Files.

Regards shooting and keepers, Adam is right to say that it should be believable and cosistant with the power bar. At least have them saved or hit the post or bar etc…. the floaty shot thing, like the catch up bug really should go. And perhaps double tap R1 for a daisy cutter…
