It’s the news many of us have been waiting for, folks. Rockstar Games have announced that Grand Theft Auto V will be released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in Spring 2013.

The game is developed by series creator Rockstar North and takes place in a re-imagined, present-day Southern California. It is the largest and most thriving game world that Rockstar have created, set in the city of Los Santos and miles beyond.

Rockstar also revealed that starting from November 5th, Grand Theft Auto V will be available to pre-order everywhere and fans can also expect a vast amount of new information across the month.
