Final Fantasy VII PC Digitial Download Out Now

Square Enix have announced that the downloadable PC version of Final Fantasy VII is now available.

It is available on the Square Enix Store at a promotional price of €9.99 / £7.99. The downloadable version includes a range of new features such as a Character Booster that enables players to fully power up their character, cloud saves, and in-game achievements to encourage players to explore various facets of the game.

Larry Sparks, Vice President – Brand stated:

“We’re really pleased to offer a downloadable PC version of the much loved FINAL FANTASY VII. It’s a great chance for fans to re-live so many memorable moments and a great opportunity for players who have never played the title to experience why the game has had so much influence on the industry over the years”

    I got so excited when I read this article and ALMOST bought it because I just can’t get my old PC version to work, but I stopped when it asked for my phone number, thought it strange, and looked at their privacy policy. Yeah, no, I won’t be buying it anymore…

    What is the point of character boosters i mean it levels your characters for you which takes out a big part of the game :O

    It only boosts hp and mp to 9999/999, your level’s not affected.

    I have this on playstation but i also played the one on pc and honestly i don’t see the point. just get it ps1. i know everyone loves this game. i do too but just buy the playstation version. it better played that way.
